Option B: Sandberg and Grant on Resilience

I just received a copy of Option B: Facing Adversity, Building Resilience, and Finding Joy. Written by Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook COO/author of the best-seller Lean In, and Adam Grant, Wharton professor/best-selling author of Originals, the book takes a look at how to bounce back from all kinds of adversity and setbacks, including divorce.

I'm really excited to read this book by two super talented, thoughtful people.

Sandberg, Grant and a team of writers, coders, and researchers have also been working to bring tools and insights to readers online. Splitopia is proud to partner with OptionB.Org, a nonprofit
organization that helps people build resilience and find meaning in the face of adversity.

Here's a post on OptionB.org about my Seven Principles of Parting

Take a look, and let me know what you think. (Write to me at wendy@wendyparis.com.) Pass on OptionB.org and Splitopia.com to people who could use insight and inspiration.
